At 12th Tribe, we want you to love your look, which is why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your return within 5-7 business days of arrival.
